    I have bought this brand new and have registered it and updated it but cannot see any vehicle manufacturers when I select diagnostic.

    Any help would be very greatefully received.

    This usually happens when the native language is change.

     This happened to me the other day on my Maxisys Mini.  

    I was streaming music through bluetooth to my bluetooth headset and then connected the VCI to a vehicle.  I tried to disconnect the bluetooth headset in bluetooth settings and connected the VCI through bluetooth.  Then all of the MFRs were gone.  I think it was trying to stream music AND connect to the VCI at the same time and something went wrong.  

    I had to go to the update section and re-download every single one of the manufacturers.  Everything working fine since that.

    I realize the tool is more for diag than streaming music and this scenario probably was not tested.  I did not try to duplicate that situation to see if it happened again.  Since then, I have just been turning off my headset before connecting the VCI.
